Company Objective

As pets are speechless creatures in the entire life system of mother earth, the company feels its responsibility of understanding the needs of pets and to better address their requirements. The company constantly keeps in touch with research work taking place in agricultural universities, veterinary colleges, research foundations and veterinary doctors of repute.

The company has expanded its operations over a period of last three decades at such a fast pace as to become single source supplier of large number of pet products under “One-Roof”. Under this mission if any product is required to be outsourced it is done under a system of scrutiny and strict compliance.

The Scoobee History

Initially it was established in 1960’s as a wholesaler cum merchant trader.
Afterwards it was expanded over a period of number of years and finally was incorporated as a private limited company in the year 2012.
During this period a number of other associate companies such as” SCOOBEE PET CAGES PVT. LTD” and “SCOOBEE PET PRODUCTS” were also established but finally all these have been merged into the core company “SCOOBEE PET FOODS PVT.LTD”
This company clubs all the manufacturing activities of all our associate companies and includes both “FOOD and NON-FOOD” items. All the items presently covered under the core company are listed in Annexure-1 hereunder. All the manufacturing plants for pet cages, pet garments, pet leashes/harness, pet beds etc. are functioning under the single management of our aforesaid core company.

This is private limited company comprising of two Directors having equity participation in the capital of the company in the ratio as per “MOA” AND “AOA”.
Both the Directors work in close cohesion with each other so as to achieve better results under a system of Board Of Directors of the company.

All the products of the company as per Annexure1 are sold under the brand name “Scoobee” and “The Snout”.
The company is open to manufacturing and selling in the brand name of Over-Seas Buyers when fulfilling international orders.
The company has its own logo which is printed on the Letterhead and others documents.

The company’s aggregate turnover for Food and Non-Food items is more than Rs 10 Crore (INR)/ $ 1.25 million USD.
The company has received a number of Awards & trophies from Industry associations and federations for achieving record turnover in a small period of time.

Management and staff of the company

The company has a strength of more than 200 employees comprising of officers, staff and workforce.
The management and staff include pet textile designer, production supervisors, testing and checking officials, laboratory staff with different layers of junior officers, staff and workman for each product separately.
The company staff looking into finance and accounts, packing, labelling, marking, documentation, taxation, warehousing, wholesale/ retail sales, export/import management work under a system of proper hierarchy.

Research And Development

The company is constantly in the process of updation, modification, designing, showcasing of its entire product range.
The company is continuously updating its catalogue and website, so as to ensure that all our products keep top ranking status in India and Abroad.

Logistic Management

The company is maintaing a team of staffs and officers for all logistic functions.
For export and import logistic functions the company has beside it’s on team of officers has back-to-back arrangements with transporters, truckers, freight and shipping forwarder and custom house agents for both sea and air shipments.
The company is also having trade with border states of India such as Bhutan and Nepal under various treaties with them.

Testing and certification

The company has all mandatory approvals of national and international standards in the matter of product quality and other compliances. The company is also open to third party inspection from international certification agencies.
The company has its own fully equipped lab with team of supervisors for products check before final clearance. It also carries out input inspection and in-process testing for each of its items.
